mark.manz@gmail.com BioHey, not much to say really, not yet, I graduated from the University of Delaware August 10, 2007 officially, two days after my 22nd birthday. I grew up in Wantagh/Levittown/Seaford, I was on the border of all three back on Long Island (house in Wantagh, yet went to school in Seaford and L-town- go figure). I have a degree in health and physical education with a coaching minor. As of February 2008, I am a grad student at UD, working on my Master's in exercise physiology. I am finally doing and studying something I'm interested and passionate about and I'm on track to be doing something I love as a career.
I love being active, and always have, it's my one 'addiction'. I run. That's mostly what I do. It's one of the most important things you will learn about me- I am a runner. In every way possible. House and The Office are my all-time favorite shows and I have a borderline unhealthy obsession with both. My journal used to be boring workout summaries and excessively lengthy, borderline-
maudlin, introspective, pretentious, drivel that attempts, to varying degrees of success, to pass itself off as eloquent, constructive, intelligent thought. Although now it's mostly just the latter.
If you stick with it, I promise I am a pretty interesting person, honest. And if not interesting, at least...something.
